only now do i know for sure that i've changed and i'm changing and i don't even bother to stop that, i'll deal with it as it comes along. and i'm glad things didn't turn out to be like i originally planned them, because i wouldn't have experienced all that and i probably would have been a chicken a scared chicken.
i've eaten something v. spicy and i feel a bit sick, i need to rest now.
